Considering the protection of your personal data that you have entrusted to us, and the fact that on May 25, 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, came into effect, we kindly inform you that we have adapted the rules for processing your personal data by ONE ARCHITEKCI to the new regulations. We assure you that the personal data provided by you are properly secured, and our company has implemented all necessary procedures to ensure their proper protection and compliance with legal obligations in this regard.
In accordance with Article 13(1-2) of the GDPR, we inform you that:

The Administrator has appointed a person responsible for the processing of personal data, with whom you can contact via email: biuro@onearchitekci.pl or in writing, using traditional mail at the address: ONE ARCHITEKCI, ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 21, 60-544 Poznań, with the note ‘Personal Data Protection’.
Personal data will be processed by ONE ARCHITEKCI in connection with the conducted business activity, in particular:
- to conclude an agreement or execute an order, provide services, place orders, request quotations, engage in business contacts, etc.
- to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Administrator, e.g., issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents,
- for the purpose of safeguarding individuals and protecting property in the area managed by ONE ARCHITEKCI,
- for archival (evidential) purposes, as part of our legitimate interest in securing information in case of a legal need to establish facts,
- for the purpose of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims, as part of our legitimate interest,
- for creditworthiness verification,
- to entities providing postal, courier, and transportation services to the extent necessary for the performance of agreements between the Ordering Party and ONE ARCHITEKCI,
- for legal or IT support,
- in justified cases, data may be disclosed to authorized institutions and supervisory authorities, courts, insurance companies, and healthcare facilities.
Providing personal, address, and telephone data in connection with the concluded contract, services provided on its basis, as well as to respond to the presented question is voluntary. Without providing this data, it is not possible to conclude a contract, provide services, or give a written or oral response.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to any international organization.
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the cooperation, no longer than 5 years from the date of the last business contact or 1 year after the expiration of any claims arising from concluded contracts, and with regard to accounting documents containing personal data – in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
Rights of the person whose personal data is being processed:
Cookies
- The service does not collect any information automatically, except for information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (so-called ‘ciasteczka’) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the Service’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and gaining access to them is the operator: ONE Architekci Sp z o.o., ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 21, 60-544 Poznań.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Customizing the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow recognizing the User’s device and displaying a web page adapted to their individual needs;
- Creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use the web pages, which enables improving their structure and content;
- Maintaining the User’s session on the Service (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service again.
- Within the Service, two main types of cookies are used: ‘session cookies’ and ‘persistent cookies.’ ‘Session cookies’ are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (internet browser). ‘Persistent cookies’ are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
- ‘Essential’ cookies that enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
- Cookies used for security purposes, e.g., used to detect abuses in the area of authentication within the Service;
- ‘Performance’ cookies that allow collecting information on how the Service’s web pages are used;
- ‘Functional’ cookies that enable the ‘remembering’ of user-selected settings and customization of the User interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region, font size, website appearance, etc.
- In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browsers) allows the storage of cookies on the User’s end device by default. Service Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to be informed about their placement on the User’s end device each time. - The Service Operator informs that limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s web pages.
- Cookies placed on the User’s end device by the Service and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.

The processing of personal data complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Act of May 10, 2018, on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of May 24, 2018, item 1000), and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
