As the managing duo behind ONE Architekci, we combine a strategic approach to office development with daily oversight of the design process. Our complementary skill sets—one focused on company growth, client relations, and project coordination, the other on direct management of the architectural team—allow us to create a stable and efficient work environment. This results in high-quality projects.
Thanks to our approach, we offer comprehensive project care—from concept and obtaining building permits, through author’s supervision, to post-investment support. Our goal isn’t just to create spaces, but also to build lasting relationships with Investors based on trust and professionalism.

Agnieszka Sokołowska

She is responsible for acquiring new projects and coordinating ONE Architects’ activities in all areas.
In 2006 she graduated from Poznan University of Technology with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Since 2013, she has held a construction license to design without limitations in the architectural specialty. She is a member of the Institute of Architects of the Republic of Poland.
He has extensive experience in managing the design process and project teams. As of 2018, she and her team ONE Architects have designed more than 1 million sqm of modern industrial and warehouse space.
Łukasz Krzyśka
Vice President of the Management Board, Partner, Senior Architect
Responsible for managing the project team.
In 2009, he graduated from Poznan University of Technology with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Since 2015, he has held a construction license to design without limitations in the architectural specialty. He is a member of the Institute of Architects of the Republic of Poland and the Association of Polish Architects (SARP).
Since 2009, he has worked in reputable design offices in Poznań. Since 2023, he has headed the ONE Architects design team.
