An SBU (Small Business Units) business park design in Gliwice.
A building was designed consisting of 30 industrial space modules with a total area of 6,500 m². The investor’s goal is to sell individual modules to future buyers, therefore the project is universal and flexible.
In addition to the typical warehouse and office functions, the Small Business Units space can be adapted to be used for service, retail or training purposes.
