An SBU (Small Business Units) business park design for ILD – a Belgian real estate development company.
17 buildings have been designed, consisting of 66 industrial space modules, in 3 successive phases, with a total area of more than 10,000 sqm. The Investor’s goal is to sell individual modules to future buyers, hence why the design is versatile and flexible.
The design was developed in cooperation with Axi Immo and Mitiska. Aside from the typical warehouse and office functionality, the Small Business Units space will be adaptable to use as services and retail or training facilities.
