The logistics park in Gorzow Wielkopolski was designed for DHL Supply Chain as a logistics facility to manage the Supply Chain. It is an eco-friendly complex with a planned total area of more than 110,000 sqm GLA on over 19 ha of land.
The construction of the first hall was completed in January 2023.
Ultimately, the complex was adapted to the DSC E-com Distribution Center specification, where it has already been designed into one of the target clients – Carton City.
The park is designed mainly for e-commerce, with the possibility of flexible adjustment for small and medium-sized businesses.
The first phase of the project is the construction of a facility of over 60,000 sqm., which is the first phase of the planned complex with a total area of more than 110,000 sqm. In accordance with the GoGreen policy, the facility will undergo a certification process and will be built further in accordance with the BREEAM system at the Excellent level.
ONE Architects were responsible for: developing the concept, obtaining the environmental decision, drafting the aquatic legal survey, obtaining the construction permit, obtaining replacement construction permit decisions for the target area usage, and for creating the detailed design.
