We designed a warehouse and production center with a total building area of about 40,000 sqm on an area of 10 ha for a new investor entering the Polish market with a Belgian fund (RAKO Sp. z o.o.). The center includes 2 industrial buildings designed in line with the requirements of modern warehouse and logistics economy, which can be adapted to the needs of distribution and production companies.
